Code Requirements for Area on Tree Removal

Have the Code Requirements been met during the Staring Lane Widening?

1)  A Tree Removal Permit shall be required for a 10" diameter tree removal within the District.
2)  A Tree Removal Permit shall be required shall be required for a 10" diameter tree removal and a Protected Species Tree with the Bayou Fountain Tree Protection Zone.
3)  Other provisions for tree protection during construction of a development.
